Hi Guys,

I recently picked up this KM jumper / shirt. Can anybody tell me if it is WW2 period? Also what the arm patches, red stitching and black ink stamp mean?

I am looking for advice on whether or not this is an authentic medal or a repro.

I have been researching and reading the posts made by mariscal rommel and am beginning to think it might be fake.

As in mariscals warning a few years back about these medals, I’m now beginning to think that the breast/chest feathers look a bit sharp and the swastikas don’t look as good as maybe they should be.

There are no marks stamped on the medal. On the curtain ring there are 3 little oblong shaped stamps but perhaps these are nothing worth mentioning.

If more photos are required, I’d be happy to go get them.

Hi guys

Here are two dress bayonets I picked up this week. They are exciting to me as I’m still new to this collecting malarkey. I now have two dress and two combat bayonets.

The Siegfried Waffen bayo has the offset studs and some green felt in the pommel.

The leather frog is a bit unsatisfactory, it looks as if it has been painted at some point and is starting to crack.

I recently picked up, what I believe is a WW2 MKII British helmet. I would like to get some help as to identifying some of the markings on the helmet, chinstrap and liner.
Any thoughts, ideas or comments are well appreciated.

I picked up this tunic (or blouse) recently, but I can’t place the style. It has a paper label with wording that makes it sound like it was intended for one of the colonies… Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am considering adding a destroyer badge to my collection. I am no kriegsmarine expert when it comes to insignia. I am concerned it is fake because the detail in the eagle is lacking but since it is unmarked I am wondering if it is a late war example that might not have the detail of some others I have seen. However, the gold also looks really bright to me but that could be the photo. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I never realized how many respirator haversacks I had acquired until I laid them all out on the floor! I wish I had time to do a more in-depth analysis regarding the differences in construction of the Empire Patterns, perhaps in the future!
