“DJ Fuhrermütze”

Hello Everybody!
Here some pictures of my last HJ cap, a nice "DJ Fuhrermütze" used to 1936-1938!
In 1938, the new cap "Dienstmütze der DJ Führerschaft " was created!

RZM code "M5/275" for Adolf Kofer, Sebnitz for the buckle.
And code 308 on the RZM tag!

I hope you appreciate this cap!

Presentation Bottle?

Recently acquired this bottle along with a couple of sake cups I was hoping I could get some help with what this type of bottle was presented for? The star I believe would indicate Army. Thanks in advance:) Geoff

French WW2 M36 (?) Backpack question

Hello everyone. Brand new here and hoping someone can help me with some info. Just picked up a very nice but well-worn french WW2 backpack. I believe it is an M36, standard issue, one cargo compartment, two side pouches and large covering flap with what appear to be m1915 brown leather arm straps. My question concerns a large inner flap sewn into the lining of the ‘outer’ flap. What was it for/how was it used? I cannot see how it could contain anything or really protect anything. Does anyone have an idea how it was intended to be used? Sure appreciate any insights. Thanks, Nezvanov

Imperial German Christmas Ornament

Hello Everyone,

Went to an antique mall today here in snow covered freezing Kansas. I found something I never thought I’d ever see, a German blown glass patriotic Christmas tree ornament. This thing has got to be a reproduction, yet who would reproduce something like this?

Unfortunately it doesn’t have the red band around the feldmütze so I’m not sure if it’solved supposed to be Bayern, train or what.

No one else who will see it on our tree will know what it it, but I will. Besides, for $2 I couldn’t say "no" to it.
