Propaganda used in the Asian theater

Hello guys,

I picked up a large grouping of items from the South Pacifc earlier n the year. In the grouping there are several propaganda leaflets that were dropped from bombs and/or planes. Here are a few. They have translations with them also.

Sorry for the duplicates and their arrangement, I am having trouble loading the correctly.

As you can see, the state is not really perfect anymore since i think it’s hidden during japanese occupation and forgotten afterward. Interestingly, there’s writing on the inner cover which indicate the book was stored in the library in 1942. But still, all of these Hofer’s masterpiece is really unique to watch and read. :D

Thoughts on this Fallschirmjager Helmet

I’m looking for some thoughts on this WW2 Fallchirmjager Helmet. I am thinking of placing a bid for this helmet and would like to know if this helmet appears to be an original… I realize that the photos are too few and are poor quality as to determining the helmets authenticity. The helmet appears to be in near relic condition and extensive pitting and painted over rust parts. It is advertised as possibly an ET71 and the line is said to be a 12 vent. If anything, it would only be a display piece…if the price is right. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Heer Berg und Nolte 42 with leather tab (mint)

It seems as though buckles are like buses, you wait an age and then 2 come along. I was struggling to find a steel Heer buckle in good condition with a maker mark and date. Was pleased to pick up a Heer ESL 43 that ‘ticked the boxes’ last weekend, then had another look on the web and found this one, and ordered it straight away. Hope you don’t mind me calling it mint!

Regards, Paul

WW2 USMC cover

Hello folks. Curious about a camo cover I have for over 10 yrs. and noticed similar ones for sale at ridiculous prices. It appears to be a WW2 version with no button holes, no EGA and no manufacturing print on any flaps. No pac man images and 3 slits on the fabric for the chinstrap which I read was common by troops to do. Here are some photos and thanks for any help you may provide.
