Question Plain SS-Brassard

I wanted to ask about this armband . I’ve done some research and these seem pretty controversial , some times called Overcoat armbands but this seems baseless . I lean more towards the Auxiliary member armband explanation . What do you think , is the RZM tag good ? Thanks
