Picked this up today, the helmet has seen better days , the liner is fragile and missing a couple of tongues. I thought the decal was decent and I liked the overall look of the lid.

I recently acquired this piece. ‘Reden und Aufsätze’ from 1938. It doesnt say which ‘auflage’ it is. Does this mean it is the first ‘auflage’? I don’t really know how to translate it in English, first copie?

For me it is a special item because, even though the back cover has been discolored by the sun, it fits very well with my other book ‘Werk und Mensch’ also by Hermann Göring.

I heard some people say that it is rare because they can’t find any 1938 first ‘auflages’ on the internet. But I tend not to believe that because if it would’ve been so i would’ve had to pay more for the book (I had to pay 20 euros). What is your opinion?

I have found a Kriegsmarine Bootsmannsmaats peacoat and pants for sale. I was wondering if all of the insignia looked ok. The breast eagle to me looks like an officer’s eagle and the rank of the jacket is a NCO. I would love to hear opinions on this jacket. Thanks for your help.
