Question On the search for a 1918 pattern raf uniform / what to look for

Good morning / afternoon fellow collectors,

I wouldn’t normally post things like this however I’m finding it very hard to track down a good original 1918 pattern raf uniform for sale. Although lots of people have told me they are fairly common I have had no such luck :( I was wondering if anyone here knows of any good ones for sale?

I’m also after any information that would help me identify a good honest one as my knowledge is on ww2 raf tunics.

If anyone could help ether way I would be grateful.

Many thanks mgn

Saxe-Weimar White Falcon Order + EK2 Two-Place Medal Bar

Hello,

Here’s another addition to my 2-place medal bars for junior officers, the Saxony-Weimar Order of the White Falcon Knight 2nd Class w/Swords, mounted with a very early core EK2. The core on the EK2 is the same as the Godet type B 1870 EK2 (with the date changed to 1914).

Even though the White Falcon order has enamel damage, I like really like the fact that it is a heavy piece. The combination of it being a heavy strike along with the very early core EK2 basically proves to me that this was a wartime assembled medal bar, and obviously was damaged from the recipient wearing it proudly.

Best Regards,

Alan

Allgemeine SS Visor Cap??

Hello
What are your thoughts on this Visor Cap?
No markings anywhere.
The chinstrap kind of looks like a ss strap?
Maybe Dutch SS?
The material is all trikot.
Thank you for help
Tony

Unknown Italian Uniform

Greetings all,

I found this uniform at a local op-shop. I know it’s Italian but I have very little knowledge on Italian gear.
It has no markings or tags and if it wasn’t for the brass buttons I would have had no idea on it’s origins. It’s in terrible condition so I am planning to remove the buttons and bin it. I’m guessing it has little to no historical value,a dress uniform from the 1960’s or 70’s; can anyone ID the tunic?

Regards

USMC Enlisted Man’s Winter Service Alpha Uniform

Picked up a nice complete forest green winter A’ uniform. I believe the patches suggest 2nd Air Wing. The wool khaki shirt is of an interesting style, quite thick in construction. Unfortunately, the tag is destroyed on the shirt and I am not sure it is original to the grouping. Everything is a very small size.

Note - Apologies for the flipped side pics. I have no idea why they did so?
