Schwarzenberger & Co. Nurnberg 1941 officers belt

Does anyone know anything about Schwarzenberger & Co. I’m hoping this belt is correct in that it was made in Nurnberg and that it was manufactured in 1941. It’s possible the Germans shipped these off to their allies along with other wartime equipment . Thank-you for looking and I appreciate any comments.

I believe is an original, but I am not an expert.
