Chaps,

I would very much appreciate your opinions on this EK2 case which the seller says is authentic WW2 era.

I’m aware that a number of similar type boxes are kicking around and may not be as genuine as they appear so would welcome your thoughts.

I wanted to share some photos of a pair of boots I added to my collection. They are for an officer display and I think they go a bit better given their size as compared to the previous ones I had been using. Unlike the other much larger VA issue pair, I can’t say for certain that they are wartime or, at least within the Third Reich epoch, though from what I can gather they do conform to the typical officer boots used.

Here are some photos of the boots they replace. These are quite large and looked a bit off as the overcoat was for a man of rather small build. I have another uniform for a larger man that these will be better mated with.

Here is a sword of a police officer .. he was in the SS as well at the pommel cap shows … It is a late Eickhorn model !

i was told sword chains ?he said the leather tabs tucked behind belt or pants waste line for frees to make sword removal easy I would like to find out if true if not what are they any help greatly appreciated
