I picked up this american belt buckle in a box at auction recently. I’m unfamiliar with american uniforms, so would anyone here mind telling me approximately what era it dates from? Or even whether its a repo or not?

Hello Friends,

I would like your opinions of this belt. The inside looks really good compared to the outside. Is that normal? What branch of the service, Luftwaffe, Heer, or ? Any and all comments greatly appreciated. I am looking for a nice belt to go with a Luftwaffe buckle.
