Another item we found today at the estate sale of a ww2 vet who had passed away. Brother in law jumped and bought this one. I’m interested in all opinions so I can pass this knowledge to my family member who bought it. Thanks to Rossi once again for being wingman…

Just to share this salty M1 style clone not sure if the red band on the liner would denote MP but it is a paired set with matching arabic text on the liner and shell .
The liner has had a small chinstrap repair and shows some stress cracks perhaps due to the extreme temperatures and displays aside from the frontal insignia grommit four more crown grommits which i assume are just air vents

Dinky kit 721, made to promote the epic "Battle of Britain" film.

Not sure if it’s been repainted, it looks too clean for me?? Maybe some one can help on here?

I’ve had it for a long, long time now and the one I was given all those years ago, when the film first came out, has long gone..

I used to love playing with the Dinky Spitfire and Stuka as a kid, watching the propellers going full spin, dropping the bomb and losing it in the carpet

Still nice though, and brings back some great memories cool militaria

I along with a couple of fine chaps will be attending Tankfest this year. For me it will be my first tankfest. I was wondering if any of my fellow WRF family are planning on going too.
