Hello everyone, i was wondering if you all could tell me what you thought about this badge. I can see no makers mark nor can I really unhinge the clasp because I really do not want to start bending this. Sorry for the couple of sideways photos. Thanks in advance.
Hello i recently acquired this badge and was wondering if I could call it authentic or not. many thanks in advance. Also I apologize that the pictures are sideways. I uploaded them facing the right direction. not sure what happened.
Hello everyone, I have been advised to move these here to the correct forum area. Sorry for any irritation caused. I came across these in a person to person deal and it needed to happen on the spot so I had to take the chance. I could not render them fake on the spot from look or feel, but I am far from an expert. I have examined them and one issue i have discovered is that the silver one appears to have had the black piece fall out and get glued back in semi crooked and sloppy or its a complete fake. I paid roughly $50 a piece. thank you all for your time.
At a Vet’s Estate sale, along with other WW2 German Memorabilia, I noticed this ring. From looking at different threads on the forum, it appears to be a SS Honor Ring. It is very similar to another post in 04-14-2012 (SS Honour Ring: I just got is it real or fake). It also has similar inscription Schultz etc.
I was hoping that I can get some information as to it’s authenticity, translations , meaning, and any other thoughts and opinions.
At a Vets estate sale, I came across an unknown, old coat. It is a small waist length coat with ribbons in the button holes (WW1 Iron Cross and EK II) with SS collar tabs. It has green Piping and looks like green/brown moles skin covering the collar. Has anybody seen anything like this? Any thoughts, opinions authenticity? Are they real collar tabs? I was thinking it was either a child’s coat or a Vet’s coat. Made up, or is a special type of coat. It is obvious that the inside lining is pieced together with different materials. Along with this coat, at the estate, were other WW2 german articles. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
