Need help! A regional document bearing a ” Kanzlei des Führer….” stamp
Here is a framed document I had in my posession for many years, but got mislayed for some time…
Anyway; whyle cleaning it I was triggered by the stamp it bears.
The document treats about illegal leaflets that had been distributed in and around Antwerp.
The Feldkommandant is quiet unhappy about it and warns that civilians might seen theyr liberty’s been restrained.
And penalty will be 30.000 RM to the author and perpetrator’s, if caugth.
Not quiet unusual to see such documents in times of war, but given the document was issued in Eekeren (a subburd of Antwerp at that time), it bears a stamp saying "Kanzlei des Führer…", it is quiet hard to read and the last words/ letters nearly dissapeared.
Curious to see your impression about it, please.
And waht would have said the stamp in it totality?
