I am wondering if it contains any info regarding the restoration of Imperial German Hussar busby’s (pelzmutze). Thank you.

I have a letter from Hitler to Hoffmann that (supposedly) discusses the infamous 1914 picture of Hitler in Munich. My letter is dated 1924, however, I’ve seen articals saying the picture is a fake, and listing as one of the reasons that they know it’s a fake, was because nobody heard or (or saw) the picture before 1930. If this letter is addressing this photo in 1924, wouldn’t it disprove their theory?
