Here is another would like opinions on. Don’t see many of these. Is it real or Memorex? Your opinions please. I bought it unseen as genuine also from same dealer in France 20 years ago. No RB number or maker’s stamp only size stamp.

Motor HJ ärmelabzeichen, silber

Can anyone please help me with info. on the tag on the reverse? Is it "original" to this cloth? I have seen red tags with the letters B3, H3 and U3, but this one has only the letter B?!
All the best,

Faithful service cross

G’day gents,
I haven’t posted anything up for a long time so I thought I’d show this nice cased 25 year faithful service cross. It’s in very nice condition with excellent silvering, even the case is in good nick. I picked it up locally here in Western Australia from a bloke who has a few other nice cased medals and awards that he wants to sell so I think I’ll pay him a visit with a few coins in the wallet soon. Cheers boys, Dave.

Im searching for M43 cap - help!

Im searching original Heer M43 in EU region?
Does anyone know where to find one?

Danke in advance

Schlange

A royal camo

M40 SD Luft EF64 5153.

This helmet has an H7 mark engraved in front of the helmet. H7 is the royal monogram of the Norwegian king during ww2, King Haakon the 7th.

I got this helmet recently from an estate sale in Oslo, Norway. Never before in a collection.
Unfortunately I don’t have any more background info. The family is somewhat reluctant to disclose info of the guy who had it. However, the monogram suggest it was picked up by a Norwegian resistance guy or simply just someone who was happy the king was finally back in Norway in may 1945.

It was first painted brown, then green on top of that later. Kind of a WW1 camo theme. I think the wear is good. It’s full of dust and spiderwebs. The splitpins are nice and tight. Even the chinstrap is very tight in the buckle. The chinstrap has been shortened.
You can see the eagle peeking through on the left side. No trace of the national shield.

I hope you like it.

Sorry for the "dark" indoor pictures. Bad weather these days. Only the last three pics are taken outdoors.

All the best,
MrMiler

French 75mm

Brought this one the other day and is what I believe to be a French 75mm QF shell case am I correct in this summation it is pictured next to a No.2 2Pdr with a 303 cartridge for scale. D E C meaning?

I gather the 18 is the year it also has a very slight taper starting @3" from the case mouth I.D 75mm OAL 347mm Cost me $40/Au from that site, which I think was a steal.
I am leaving the coating on it as its not to bad and getting it off will ruin what patina is underneath.
