Today I got a new EKM in the mail.
This is a nice complete one from 4. Batterie Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 24, with rollnumber 5166 and bloodtype ‘A’.

The photo isn’t great, as it gets dark here early. I will try to take better photographs later this week.

I need some opinion here.

I know that there are variations on the Rising Sun capbadge with different central motif rather than the crown but I never saw anything like this before. I think it is a tourist souvenir but don’t want to condemn it out of hand without at least asking here first;
