Hi Guys,
I watched these 2 documentaries (& taped them !) back in 1989, which were produced on the 100th anniversary of AH’s birth. ‘Fatal attraction’ was produced by the BBC & ‘Seduction of a Nation’ was produced by ITV. They were both groundbreaking at the time, in terms of film footage/eye witness accounts/music, prior to these documentaries there was the 1970s amazing ‘World at War’ & I remember George Stephenson’s ‘D Day to Berlin’ in 1984.
Having found & watched them both, they stand the ‘test of time’ & are still as good as I remember…..

Hello all, it’s my first time on here, I’ve just bought a bulgarian m36c, i have an ‘a’ and a ‘c’ also. I paid UK £30 for it on ebay. I just have a few questions, first the decal it is not horizontally marked as most of them seem to be, the paint I would imagine is post war as is the red star, the liner is 9 tongue and I can’t find a similar one anywhere on the Internet, the liner rivets are loose, could this mean a non standard liner fitted to it, it does have age and the leather is really dry, could it be a ww2 variant?. Also there is soldiers graffiti/name on the back, the poor light you cannot make it out and it is in black paint but it seems to be in the Russian type alphabet/ sorry cannot remember the correct term. Any info would be great cheers.

Thought I would share some photos of a new acquisition. This flag is an AMERICAN-MADE German RKF made for use by our naval warships when making port call to a German city. The flag is very large measuring in at 8′ x 18′. It is constructed of multiple pieces of wool appliquéd together. It is a beautifully made flag, typical of US naval yard flags.

What are your thoughts about this Puma dagger please?
I think this is a good Puma blade with a generic type A crosguard.
I noticed the correct dome shape screws too.

Hello, this is hopefully going to be one of my last questions here as I am looking at buying this and a pair of mittens that would go nicely with my helmet cover then I am going to put actually collecting on the back burner and try to just learn about collecting Heer items. I am just simply asking for the originality of the item and if anything has been messed with, I’m sure it’s fine but I am asking just out of caution. From what I see it is in great condition and they say it is untouched.

Came across a set of unissued IJN low ranking shoulder boards and was wondering what the kanji on the top said- does it match the rank inside the box?
