Japanese helmet cover?

Hello! I am new to the forum and in the Japanese military, so I want to ask advice from knowledgeable forum participants. I want to buy such a cover. Unfortunately, the seller has provided only such photos. Embarrassing the traces of the seams (highlighted in red), as if, the fabric was used again for sewing the cover.

Question Great Grandfathers Beret and Medals

Here is a picture of my great grandfathers beret, he served in the SAS and alongside Ed Blondeel he was a founder of 5th SAS in Belgium. I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on his medals.
