Description: Footlocker Vet find -98k Bayonet/Frog/Belt/Buckle- Both bayonet & scabbard are maker marked “Coppel GMBA” & have same # 4753(j) also both waffenampt #ed.Bayonet blade has its blueing & spine marked 39, scabbard has light surface rust, the frog is complete but the small belt is missing the buckle.
Heer belt has all its gray color & maker marked JFS(Josef Feix Sohn ) - Leather waist belt is supple and size marked “90″.

Oshigata translation request

Hello Gent’s,

I was given a pic of an Oshigata for a swordsmith who made a sword I have.
The Smith is Bungo Nagamori.

There are 2 pic’s ,a top and bottom. So it over lapse
Any and all help in its translation would be greatly appreciated.

I came upon the buttonhole badge and have spent hours trying to identify it. Figured I would ask the experts. Would appreciate any help.

m40 luftwaffe helmet offered up for review. new decal? refurb?

guys i am being offered this m40 lid, after looking at the air vent hole it looks as if you can see another paint that looks somewhat smooth under the gritty over layer. decal looks abit funny as if it had been applied after another layer of paint? would this be a refurb or re paint? any thoughts?
