Hello gents, I have been on the hunt recently for anything that catches my eye and this hat came up and for a rather nice price, in my opinion and I wanted to check it with you guys here before I decide to get it.

So I’ve been toying with the notion of assembling insignia displays for years…like 15-20 years…and am finally sticking my toes into the waters. Once upon a time I knew a bunch about particular patterns/models, but having been out of the hobby largely for a long time, I need to relearn.

I’d like to start with an early Heer Infantry setup…and am wondering if I have the correct type of insignia in mind. If I’m right, it should be:

-1st Pattern Cap Eagle/Wreath
-Early Collar Tabs
-1st Pattern (pointed) shoulder boards with no piping
-M34 breast eagle
-Right facing Eagle belt buckle

Images are gathered from around the web, I think they reflect the items listed above…if I’m missing anything, or mistaken, I welcome any corrections. Thanks guys

Folks,

I’m having trouble placing this one. Looks like an early gray lined heer but I haven’t seen a shadow around the Swastika like this before and the wing top on the left wing (as you look at the decal) appears to sweep out away from the eagles beak :confused:. It’s on a tiny (62) reissued m35. No maker or lot no listed.

Any ideas?

need some help on this blouse it has french markings with ink stamp armee
but can see no date buttons say paris to reverse please see the badges i have black lighted them no glow ??

Can any on help on the approx date of the blouse ?
