Keto Lean this is greater than that of the us middle for sickness manage and Prevention which advises the derivation of 10-35% of energy from protein. similarly to this, proponents of the weight loss plan stipulate that the Paleolithic diets fats content material is better than that of cutting-edge day diets. but such fat should include mostly polyunsaturated and monounsaturated and omega-3 fats however keep away from omega -6 and trans- fat. https://mumybear.com/keto-lean-force/

Question HJ Banner

I have never seen one with the white edging before. Is that OK? Looks to be about 75cm long with 2 hoops. I assume for wall hanging. Swas is rather faded so i assume it has been stored/displayed in the light.

Thoughts on a hirschfanger?

Hello all! I recently purchased this hirschfanger and would like your thoughts. I was hoping it was from Imperial period, but have some concerns due to the fact that it was on ebay and from Poland. I browsed ebay in the weeks before and after and saw many offerings with the exact same acid-etched scene as my example - most were also marked Weyersberg but even some with Eickhorn logos - all out of Poland as well. It seemed strange to have so many with the same acid-etching as well as multiple of the eagle variation within a month or two. One interesting thing to note is that it feels quite sturdy and well made in the hand. I don’t expect it to be what I thought but would like to hear some opinions - enjoy the images!

Need help! 82nd Airborne M43 Field Jacket?

Hello all, I just wanted to get some opinions on this M43 Field Jacket. I personally own 3 M43 Field Jackets; however, none of the ones I own have any patches or chevrons to go with them, just the plain typical M43 Jacket itself. This M43 caught my eye as it retains the 82nd Airborne patch with rank chevrons. However, I know a lot of patches (especially 82nd and 101st) were added post-war by collectors. I just wanted to get some opinions on the patches as to if they’re original to this jacket or perhaps added post-war, any and all comments and opinions are welcome as always, thanks! cool militaria
