Help with Binoculars

Hello all,I stumbled across this set in a junk shop today I know they are German made and although they are not waffenampt marked they were made in Brisgovia an area between the Rhine river and the Black Forrest.I suspect they are commercially made but they appear to be WWII era manufacture.Has anyone come across this Model before? I know next to nothing about optics but would like to know more about them.Regards,Geoff1222732122273312227341222735

Renewed member from Dallas, Texas

I have previously been a member but I am registering again as the password reset email is not being received in my Inbox nor junk mail. I like collecting Nazi items, but I buy items that I can easily afford, after performing my due diligence in initially researching the item and the history of it. I have learned alot about identifying fakes, but still have a lot more to learn. I live in the Dallas, TX area and am recently retired from working in cybersecurity at Microsoft.

Need help! researching 45mm shell casing

I have this shell casing that I can’t identify. It’s a 45mm x 130mm long. I didn’t have any lucking searching the headstamp but I assuming the 4/16 means April 1916? Any info or pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

Approve me Jungle Kit (first post)

Hello, I am Adam

I have a distinct interest in British and commonwealth uniform and equipment from both world wars as well as see myself as an avid collector for militaria and antiques rusty and other conditions.

My question; my whole hearted reason for this account was so I could open up a discussion of the different variations of uniforms and equipment you would see in the jungle Warfare of 1942-45 SEAC forces.

Any replies are much appreciated.

Thanks,
Adam
