M35 Kapitan Armoured Troops Uniform set

Hello all!

I recently bought this uniform set. It’s not my field of knowledge, but the price was right so I decided to take the gamble…
The grouping consists of a M35 Gymnasterka, M35 Cap, Breeches, Officer M35 belt and chrome boots.

The gymnasterka shows signs of light wear and use. It is made of a very light cotton material. It has a stamp with date (35). In the pockets I found remnants of tobacco. The collar insignia looks the same as pictured in Phillipe Rio’s book and looks original to me. The gymnasterka is a pretty big size, I’m almost 1.90m and it would fit me well. I searched for quite some time on internet and forums but could not find a similar example of this Gymnasterka, so I’d like to hear the opinions of the experts here.

The M35 cap is in nice worn condition and dated (40). Size 57. It looks good to me.

The breeches are not marked. It has no strap on the back as can be found on wartime examples. There are no markings. The size is really big. I’m guessing this is probably a postwar piece?

Any opinions are very welcome! cool militaria

Bay.Ostmark Tinnie

Just acquired this tinnie. I know it is from the Bayrische Ostmark district, but not sure what the ‘Arbeitsschlacht’ is meant to represent or how it translates. I think a literal translation is ‘labour battle’.
I know there is another variant without the spade and pick.
I am just looking for any information on it that I can get.
Your help as always is very appreciated.
Regards
Detlef

Two different Reichsbahn Eagles, authenticity, price and advice, thank you!

Hi!

I am new to the forum and collecting militaria.

When I was a young teenager I found a “1 Reichspfennig, deutsches Reich, 1942” coin by chance looking thru my dads coin collection that consisted of mostly uninteresting(at least to me) coins. I remember how amazed I felt holding the coin in my hand looking at the eagle and the swastika below it, history had never felt so real and close to me before.
Since stumbling on to this forum I have felt that I want to get my hands on something of my own from that same period and that’s when I came across the reichsbahn eagles.

I have come across two eagles from different sources and would greatly appreciate help determining the authenticity and what you would consider a fair price in today´s market. Since I am new to all of this it is difficult for me to judge authenticity and pricing hence the need for help. The first eagle is priced at 1600$ and second one 1495$. I want to buy one on these and would like to get the best value for my money. If anybody know of another eagle for sale please let me know cool militaria

The first eagle:

1209277
1209278
1209279
1209280

The second eagle:
1209287
1209288
1209289
1209290

Any input and information is greatly appreciated!
