Friends, could you possibly share your thoughts on this recent mk2 i have just bought please? It is a dark brown textured finish all over, inside and out, would this be army issue? I’m not familiar with army finishes, but thought they were more green?

Unfortunately cannot see any stampings but the texture is quite thick on the underside…

Any help much appreciated. As always, thank you..

Hey guys,
I’ve got a Bren tripod, and I have no idea how to identify it. It has the AA legs so I think it’s a MK.I, but I’ve looked all over and can only find 3 different markings.

what looks like, 68 53 30, is stamped all over about 5 times.
I assume the ‘B’ is BSA?

Any ideas?
