This badge has arrived yesterday. I am not so sure does these pictures do any justice to it, but this is one astonishing example. I have never seen any better than this. Condition is absolutely superb, amazing piece. I figure out that I like the most Osang erdkampf example along with this from Hammer&Sohne and one from Juncker. So I have to find now Osang and Juncker specimens of this badge. I hope that I will soon do that.

Hello everyone,

My father-in-law recently gave me some photos of an SS ring. He says that he received it (for free) from a villager in the coast of Black Sea years ago, who said that he got it from a dead soldier. He was not sure if it was real or not, so he held it in a drawer for years. I am not an expert but the font inside the ring and the date looks different from the authentic rings I saw on the internet, so I wanted to ask you about it.

Hello,
I recently acquired an M3 fighting knife, blade-marked “US M3 UC 1943”, but the strange thing is that the leather washer handle has no grooves at all. The end of the pommel is stamped with the flaming bomb, and has two pins securing it to the tang. It does not look like it has been messed with, but is definitely vintage. I can’t find any pictures of a similar “no grooved handle” M3 on the net. Has anyone seen such an M3 knife before? Is my knife legit?

A recent addition to my KVK collection. This is an earlier example with the maker mark "3" as opposed to the later LDO mark. This example still retains a lot of the silver finish and the polished highlights.
