Telesmanich website picture

Don’t you wish you could make a picture of this kind? 1165980

credit Telesmanich.

Not that I get a cent for such a thing, but I very much endorse this site.

Dig deep into your shallow pockets, but you won’t regret it a la longue.

Did I get taken on this armband?

This piece is from John Telesmanich, but I may have gotten overzealous here….. After purchasing, I noticed the double row stitching, I have never seen that before. The whites look too clean but I wrote that off to most of the images of items being a bit bright. Hopefully I am wrong….

Question German m34 feuerschutzpolizei helmet?

Greetings fellow friends, I have come across another listing. This one seems like an M34 Police Helmet. He wants $80 for it. What do you guys think?

My day trip to Camp Hearne

1165830
1165831

UK Mother and I decided to take a 90 minute drive to Hearne Texas to day and see the remnants of a German P.O.W. camp. Camp Hearne was built in 1943 when large elements of the afrika korps surrendered in Tunisia. The idea was that soldiers captured in an extremely hot environment should be housed in another hot environment.. Enter southeast Texas.. At its peak, Camp Hearne housed 4800 soldiers of the Afrika Corps. Some Italian prisioners were there for a very short time but then transferred to an all Italian camp. The inside exhibit was fascinating to say the least and had one theme in common… The prisoners had a lot of time on their hands!.. Have several photos to upload. Hope you guys enjoy.
