I have add in my collection this Verwundetenabzeichen in Gold without maker mark.
After me search in the forum,I belive is made by B. H. Mayer Kunstpraegeanstalt Pforzheim.
Please,can anyone with more experience like me confirm this.

My apologies if this is in the wrong place. Someone was asking about this engagement - but I cannot locate the post/postee.

He said that this took place on 18th December near St. Vith.

I have the After Action Report for the 87th Cavalry Recon Sq for December 1944 and although the narrative includes the battle for St. Vith and Viesalm there is no mention of a Tiger being dispatched by an M8. It may be that this information did not reach Major Kaiser the Co of the unit - but if it did happen then I find it odd that he failed to mention it?

Hello Everyone.

I have recently purchased a wehrpass to a Luftwaffe soldier who in 1945 was transferred to the infantry and fought near Stettin on the Oder.

I was hoping someone would be able to help me with deciphering which unit(s) he was with during the last months of the war. Of course any other information would be most welcome.
