I’m new at this and would like to get some expert opinions on this lot i bought. Hoping i didnt get burned. Are these items authentic or repo’s? The Police cap eagle looks fake to me but I’m not an expertt like most of yall. What is the gold standard book that yall would recommend in helping me identify what is what and what exactly to look for. Thanks!

My latest purchase is this Schirmmütze with white Waffenfarbe identifying it as originating from the Hermann Göring Regiment or Division. The sweat band has disintegrated and it is difficult to read the entire stamp. One piece that detached clearly shows Regt. I wonder if I should just remove the pieces from that section and preserve it or just leave it in place. These are very hard to find and this is only the second example I have ever seen. Comments welcome. NH

I purchased a fine ww2 order of lenin off liverpool medals few years back,the lastest one looks very suspect,the number in the back looks like a child engraved it and the whole appearance is very shabby indeed,check it out.

I recently picked up this WKC bayonet that I believe to be an original piece but as always I like to get second opinions. It has the makers mark from Weyersburg Kirchbaum & Cie. Solingen with the Knight’s Helm and appears to be in fairly decent condition to me. The seller told me it was a private purchase and would be used as a walking out bayonet. I would welcome your opinions on this item.
