Fallschirmjager Cloth Qualification Badge Help Please
I acquired a Fallschirmjager Cloth Qualification Badge in cloth, not bullion. Is this a proper description? I am assuming this came off a jumpsuit vs field blouse. Apologies if not the correct terms for the items it came from. I think the item is original. Very dirty but the construction appears to be good. Other opinions are welcome and appreciated.

M42 Single Decal…………a genuine sleeper.

Finally lady luck has taken a fancy to me and landed this beauty literally on my door step.
As with all sleeper stories you can’t believe it’s true but "what happened was"………………
Basically a neighbour was sorting out his loft space and had this old helmet to get rid of……he mentioned it to another neighbour who said the bloke up the road (me) collects that old crap……….. so he walks the 25 yards to my house and knocks on the door and now it’s in my collection !
Turns out his dad picked it up in Holland in 1944 and he and his mate used to take turns as kids wearing it and hitting each on the head with a shovel……….to test it !
Never been out of his hands since his dad gave it him in the 1950’s. 100% sleeper !
One of those once in a life time collectors moments………..apologies to those who like me read these stories and are quite rightly annoyed that it never happens to them. The lesson is one day it might !!!!!!!
