Dear Sirs. I recently encountered this jacket that according to the label inside the pocket once belonget to Captain Robert A. Karr from the 5th Fighter Squadron Regiment: 52d Fighter Group.

I´m not at all familiar with these kind of uniforms and would very much appreciate your input when it comes to authenticity issues rgarding this item.

Hi guys, found this recently and thought it has a military feel to it.
I bought it with a few bits relating to an observer in the RAF/RFC, but that doesnt help much as there may be no connection between the items at all….
I thought it could be french?? maybe private purchase?
Has anybody seen anything like it as im struggling.
I thought the makers mark on the press stud may help but so far im drawing a blank.

any pointers VERY greatly appreciated

Found this buckle in a local shop. Aluminum multi-piece construction. Has bits of paint left in the recesses on front, a little more left on reverse. No maker`s mark. Opinions and comments welcome.

Hello guys, could anyone tell me if this crossguard is ok on a Holler army dagger, I’m not sure if it is a Holler type 2 or a Pack type 3 with hand enhancement by Holler. I have read that Holler used Pack guards but the eye on this one looks more in the Pack style although slightly heavier chiselled, or should it just have the circular punched eye, there does appear to be some chisel marks to the neck but not three in a row seen on Holler type 2 guards. Thanks for any response.
