I picked this up at a flea market several years ago. It was advertised as
a military Ka-Bar made by Camillus. I told the seller that I believed it was
made for the commercial market but he insisted it was of military origin.
We dickered a bit and he let it go for $15. Here’s what I’m talking about.

I’ve had these for quite a while and am curious to the value.
I’m more of an accumulator that collector..just like the old

Fortunes Of War Militaria updated its site today by adding 2 Senninbari to the "Senninbari Belts" section of its website. One example is a very nice Tiger knotted belt, while the second belt is a rarer colored yellow cotton version with golden yellow knotted stitches. Thank you for having a look!

I picked these up from a couple of vets that had them for sale at our club.
The M3 Imperial shows use and has the vet’s name on the back of the
scabbard..The trench art knife is from the Korean War era and sports
a handle made from a .50 caliber spent round on an M5A1 blade. The
scabbard may not be original as it fits my M1 Carbine like a glove. All

Tomorrow, Saturday 24th June 2017, marks 75 years since the destruction of the former stone mason village Ležáky and massacre of almost all of its inhabitants. Forgotten and ignored by many for so long, the events that took place 75 years ago will be remembered this weekend at the memorial site, which is operated by the Lidice Memorial organisation. Good Morning, Friends…
I scored this Stack of Magazines yesterday for a Total of $25!!
These date from 1939-1944 - And although they aren’t in the best condition -loose pages, a few tears here and there- They’re packed with photos and provide excellent Material to study the Regime’s Propaganda-Techniques - as they continued to exert a Powerful Impact over Public Opinion despite an increasingly desperate Situation…
These should keep me busy and out of trouble for a few days at least, lol….:)
