Hello

Got this unmakred black VWA along with a VWA 11 in silber very cheap.

Looks good to me but unfortunately I dont much about the VWA.

Would appreciate your opinions on it

I know I posted the photo on my other thread but I got a message from someone who I showed the photo to that it is a fake. Now the more I compare the newly arrived Gausieger to others I am starting to doubt it.

The enamel on the badge is white, that was my first red flag (it didn’t look white on the ad)

The second letter, ‘A’ doesn’t look right. And the letters are very thick.

The red colour in the HJ emblem is quite bland

The eagles head doesn’t look right.

I believe this is the first leaflet to be dropped on Allied soldiers after the Normandy landings threatening the new V weapons !

Gentlemen,
This item was giving to my by a customer knowing I am interested in collecting militaria. I have never owned one and there are no apparent stamps. The only telltale sign to me is that there is an anchor stamped into the clasp denoting it is English. I believe this is a medic kit bag but not quite sure. I appreciate any help you can provide on this item.
