Feuerwehr visor cap for review

Hi all,

I have a Feuerwehr visor cap and eagle up for review. Anyone have any recommendations for disguising the crack in the visor? Or should I just leave as is (it seems relatively solid). National red, white and black cockade is also missing. Will I need to use the longer (the one that was made to poke further out of the wreath) post-1936 national cockade for this cap? Or could I use the flatter variety as well?

Cheers in advance! cool militaria
