Question Large Nazi Pennant/Flag - 63″ x 29″ - Any Ideas? Fake or Genuine?

Ok Guys - destroy my hopes…

Here we have a large pennant - it measures 63 inches x 29 inches.

The swastika measures 14 inches across and is a separate piece of material to the circular white background on either side.

As can be seen from the photographs, the swastikas on either side are perfectly aligned (but obviously the other way round.)

The circular section of red background has been removed behind the white roundel.

The stitching on parts of the pennant are ‘double stitched’ (according to the wife!).

There are a couple of tears/rips which have been badly repaired - see photos.

I know it’s provenance back to the 1960’s and am told it was brought back to the UK in 1946.

As far as I can see there are no manufacturers markings.

Is it genuine?

Thanks

Juncker Fallschirmjaeger Abzeichen

Hey guys,

I saw the other post and I got inspired to post a badge I got a couple months ago. I wanted to post it for some time now, but finally took the time.
I hope you like it! It`s a type JD if I am correct. The case is a rare early type.

making some daylight pics tomorrow.

Regards, Job

Hello!

I have a short question.
Did SS EM buckles with the code SS 455/40 RZM on the left side of the buckle backside exist?

Thanks for your replies!

P47-D Thunderbolt Engine.

Inside the display at "Fort Perch Rock", is a huge Thunderbolt Engine with Propeller.

It was "lost" on the 19/4/1944 when it failed to return from a test flight from Burtonwood, Warrington.

It crashed at Saughall Massie, Wirral at 15.08.

The Pilot: 2nd Lt. Jay Simpson died, aged just 27years old.

No real reasons why this plane crashed..
