feuerloschpolizei officer visor cap by pekuro

This cap comes from ebay Germany, it is my first ‘officer’ schirmmutze. It would be absolutely great if the following questions got an answer!!

-first of all, is this for sure an Original 3th reich visor cap? It is Always difficult to put an exact year on a cap but pekuro is a well studied cap maker. I noticed there are some pekuro specialist overhere so please, take a look.

-Is the officers cord legit? and if so, could it be Originally mounted to this cap? It is not bright silver coloured but has some kind of flecking instead (As far as I know this happend to very early (1934) caps but this one seems a bit different) + It kinda looks thrown on… the shape isn’t as it should be (too much space between the ‘knots’).

- ALbert ziegler is delivering fire protection related items till today, giengen a.d brenz is its location but what does ‘Fil. Bachhagel’ stand for? the name of the person who ordered the cap?

all help will be greatly appreciated!

textbook FLL Luftwaffe pilot’s badge

by: all1knew

Description: Hello all,

Here’s your chance to own a textbook late-war pilot’s badge by FLL that had a maker mark added to the reverse of it. This one sports an incorrect Juncker maker mark that is incorrect for this maker. Excellent silver finish to the wreath. A great badge that displays very well and an interesting conversation piece.

Kameradenhilfes

Used by German soldiers to repair their kit/uniform, these valuable piece of kits came in handy.

Complete with folding scissors, thread and needles.

Great condition, had them for years.. still use them to this day :D

Not sure about some of the contents to be honest, but they give a idea about what was inside (??)

Also found inside one of them, was a old Berlin Tram ticket..

Gebirgsjäger Goggles

My collection of Gebirgsjäger Mountain Troop goggles.

Are they German or Italian?

Not sure why they are different in style?

Some thing to do with snow "glare" I suppose

Trying to find the little tins that houses the other two pair..

Never use them as it never snows :D

Although a few years ago, I did take out the "Crows Feet" slit type Goggles, when it did snow.

They offered a good clear view in the bright cold sunshine. No snow glare either.

Quite surprised actually.. cool militaria
