Schwerin Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen - For Review

So far, I am 0/3. Hoping this one goes the right way, but the more I research, the more I believe this is a fake. From the images I’ve seen, the Schwerin marks are all raised letters with "FEC. ADOLF BOCK / AUSF. SCHWERIN. BERLIN". This one is stamped "Schwerin Berlin 68" in much smaller letters. The gold gilding also looks way too nice. As always, my father purchased this from an auction house who advertised it as original….I’m seeing a pattern with this  Any chance I’m wrong?

Forestry dagger

I have had this dagger for a number of years. I believe its a forestry dagger missing pieces from both ends of the stag horn. Been hoping to find pieces but viewing the ones on this site all seem to be different. Only marking is a 3 on the tang as well as the crosspiece. Any info is appreciated. Gestapo Muller

I heard somewhere that the remains of Gestapo Muller were found in Berlin (or else where in Germany). Does anybody have reliable information about this? It was rumored that he escaped Berlin with all of his files, sold them to the Americans for one million dollars, came and lived in Virginia, was given the honorary rank of Brigadier General in the US Army, and hosted a dinner in his house with President Truman wearing his Knight’s Cross to the War Merit Cross. There were three books written about this, but if his remains have been found and authenticated, then he’s been dead since 1945. Anybody?

My first ever gun!..

Hey guys

Real excited for this one, my first ever gun, just arrived today. An ex-dragoon Mosin m91/30
Did some of my own research. Stock seems to be all original, a pre-war stock, stamps date it back to 1937 from the izhevsk factory. I believe the bolt is from around ww1? I heard a lot of bolts from that period were used on ex-dragoon mosin’s. That’d explain the non-matching serials, too.

Does anyone know what the backwards R marking on the stock means? And the rest of the markings, other than the factory stamp and the serial numbers, what do they mean?

Let me know what you guys think!

I’m guessing fake, but I’m new to this game….

After poking around on the forum, I found an item with the same markings on a different thread. Besides having the exact same markings, this just looks too fresh. Any reasons to think otherwise? Unfortunately, this is another item my father purchased 9 years ago…believing (and paying) it was original.

Soviet y-strap ?

Guys could please tell me what exacly are those straps ? Looks like soviet Y-straps excepte the fact that are bit shortened and made of canvas ( similar to cloth used to make gasmask bags or ammo bags ) instead of webbing. Did anyone of you met with this kind of Y-straps made in this particular way ? Are those factory998995998994998996998997 of field made ?
