Postwar Liner?
It looks to be made by Firestone with the dark o.d. webbing and painted washers. There’s a war time light o.d. hbt nape strap. It has chinstrap posts but NO eyelet. Another thing is the sweatband is not leather but made of plastic.

Question M1910 Canteen?
Hey everybody,
I found this canteen and cover at an antique store today. Been doing research all afternoon and getting some conflicting results. Can anybody tell me what type of canteen this is? I am curious about the markings on the cap too…not sure if its WWII or WWI? The case it came in is marked 1943 not sure if it was originally paired with the canteen. Also, the custom engraving on the side is interesting…..Thanks in advance

Which is a better magazine….
Looking to add a magazine subscription. But not sure which one I should subscribe to
1) International Military Collector (B&D Publishing)
or
2) The Military Advisor (Bender Publishing)
Having never read either of them, I have no real idea which to pick. I’m sure both are outstanding.
I would probably like the one that focus’s mostly on WW2 with an emphasis on Axis but also like reading about WW1 and Allied militaria. Additionally I’m looking for the one that also helps better me as a collector. And not articles about battles, units, people and such (I can study / read that elsewhere 
).

Note: I noticed that Benders yearly subscription is for the International Military Collector but they also have past volumes with the title of International Medal Collector. Not sure if there was a name change at one point.

M1910 Maxim Muzzle Cover
Bit slow in posting recent acquisitions, a friend surprised me with this at the 2016 Show of Shows. Not sure how hard these are to find outside of the US but here they are a bugger to find.
