Ey’up fellas,
My room is going to have some changes done to it at some point, and I’ll have about 5ft of space, can anyone recommend any display cases up to 5ft long that would fit an MG42 and an SMLE? So a long display case with plenty of space ?

hey guys, i need some help locating some WW2 vintage slings for my 1941 Tula SVT 40 and 1933 Tula mosin nagant. Ive tried several different guns stores and online shops but they all appear to be postwar examples. If anyone can link me to somewhere i can find 100% genuine slings it would be greatly appreciated. Im no expert on russian field gear so i always have my doubts with the slings i come across.

A reference site on the variants of slings would also be greatly appreciated.

Just picked up this furless tornister with an early Czech reissue stamp. There is also a spurious SS ink stamp which I am unfamiliar with. The exterior shows moderate wear but the interior is very clean.

This medal arrived yesterday. The Order of the Sacred Treasure 8th.
I think it is from Meiji era. The lapel ribbon is correct but I am not sure about the medal.

What do you think about it?
