Here is a Czech bayonet with German proofs. My understanding is that this bayonet was manufactured for the G33/40 Carbine. Is this correct? Any/all information will be appreciated.
Sorry for the poor photo quality. These are taken with my phone camera. The blade an scabbard are actually excellent with strong, deep, dark color. This set is almost mint; no sharpening or deep scratches.
A friend of mine in Dallas just sent me some photos of what seem to be a pair of unissued Panzer boards I am not up on SS cloth so I was hoping to get some opinions.Any help appreciated.
My new purchase. Not in great condition but I plan to display my full set of equipment on it which will cover up many of the imperfections. It is not clear on the photograph, but the inside is stamped A41.
Kind regards,
Colin
I just got this revolver for free, found in the ground in eastern Europe. I will be refinishing this revolver and will keep it. Is this a smith and wesson and if so, what model\type is it? Does anyone know?
Hello Gentlemen.
One year ago I have found this dagger. The dagger is so called "Kammerstück", it is depot marked, it was a property of the navy station on the North Sea with a headquarters in Wilmelshafen. The blade and the scabbard have a matching numbers N455 for North Sea.
The portepee is frozen in to its place. On the blade you can See a navy acceptance mark, M above an stylised eagle. A collector-friend of me has recently found a picture of the same acceptance mark on a navy artillery shell casing. Now we are looking for a list of the acceptance stations of the Reichsmarine. I hope this thread will be interesting for you.
Thanks for your time.
Best, Oleg.
