General Tabs on Dark Green Backing

These are being sold on a dealer’s site as being for a Police General.
However, the backing is way too dark for a Schupo General.
It appears to be a deep forest-green.

(not being an insignia collector, they may also be outright fakes)

If real, any idea which organisation they would be from?:

Real or Fake - Anyone ever see these before?

They were being sold as Russian Shot Glasses…. not in hand yet and little other description, but I collect shell cases so regardless they would be of interest. Not sure of the insignia but my memory (what’s left of it) thinks they are German.
