Sheepskin Cosy Toe

I picked this up last spring, I can only think its from a civilian airliner as I read an account of them being used in the 1930’s. It has a Lightning Zip.

I thought I would share the pictures in-case anybody else has more of an idea about it. It would keep my wife’s feet warm in the Jeep anywaycool militaria

Can anyone offer more information about my father’s Polish Paratroopers Badge?

I found my father’s badge in my mother’s belongings when she passed. I would appreciate any information about the engraving and numbers on the back of the badge. The number on the eagle appears to be 0656. My father’s surname was Wagner. Thank you so much in advance!

Brown or white shirt worn under Allegemeine-SS tunic?

I am attempting to complete my Allgemeine-SS tunic with the collared shirt worn underneath. Lumsden’s book suggests that the brown shirt was worn until sometime in 1936 when the white was authorized for ceremonial occasions. It’s unlikely that I will acquire an original shirt anytime soon, so I’d like to at least have something there - a place holder of sorts that would be accurate in color.

War Relics Militaria sales

Nice Dunkirk Medal Grouping inc minatures and dog tags.

Paula the wife saw these in local militaria dealers shop in the town and reserved for me. Really nice Dunkirk medal grouping to an R.Child Royal Artillery. Group includes his full sized medals, minatures plus boxed Dunkirk medal and boxed Territorial Efficiency medal. The Dunkirk medal also has the named certificate with it in box also with its miniature plus his dog tags which I thought was a really nice set
