I have the chance to buy for my son this wakizashi. It’s maker is said to be Echizen Kaneshige 1596-1624. I need help with the tang translation. The sword is in part military and family mount.

Hello to all collectors,

here is another badges from old collector from Austria. The first one - in silver with marker 30 is in my opinion authentic example and quite common badge, which we see often. Second one, wound badge in gold, unmarked is in my opinion reproduction, very well made, but not original. I can be also wrong… Please can you tell me your opinions about these badges?

Hi folks, I picked this up at a local market for 50 pence. What I initially though to be some kind of wire cutters. Dated 1944 with broad arrow and a makers stamp of WR. Nothing looks remotely like it when I search pictures of wire cutters.Any ideas?
