Rifle round from Omaha Beach
Recently I took myself on a battlefield tour of France and I visited all the beaches.In one bunker on Omaha I definately got lucky and saw three rounds on the floor, so my friend climbed in through the MG slit and took them.I shared them but I still kept one - here it is!
Also, my dad found this when he went to France and found it scattered near an old barn just near the beaches, they where half buried and one of them was under the ground.I THINK it’s shrapnel but please tell me if I’m wrong!
