Is this minature lufty real?

Just Brought this little luft.
It doesnt have any maker mark on blade and is quite a weighty little thing.
I payed $100.00 for it.
If its a fake it will make a good letter opener.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Rgds Peter

Is this SS ?

Hello I picked up this cap a long time ago and I have never been sure what it is. It had a tag that said it was Kreigsmarine. The band had a green tint but in the front you could see the outline of a 2nd pattern SS skull. The area under were the skull was is black and doesn’t have the greenish tint. The white top is can be removed. Thanks for looking.
