I bought this last year and it was an actual reproduction prop piece used in the production of the movie Hellboy by the character Karl Ruprecht Kroenen it was actually screen used (I have included a pic of the scene in which it was used) take a look and see how it compares to other repros

Regrettably, this is only my first post in the Polish Militaria section. This medal is Gorgeous! I hope you enjoy it as much as I am.

Sily Zbrojne w Sluzbie Ojczyzny translate in Englis to: Armed forces in service to the Fatherland.

From my research….This medal was instituted in 1951. This medal shows Roman numeral 5, for five years of military service. The enamel is of high quality and shows a starburst pattern. I think the ribbon may be original but odd becuase the others I have seen were red and white. Someone please correct me if this is wrong and please expound if I missed anything. I am hoping to add more Polish militaria to the collection. This wasn’t a bad start for a salty badge.

Description: PRICE IS $450 OR BEST OFFER! Only trade I am interested in would be a WWII vintage Soviet tanker helmet.
Up for sale is a M35 single decal Luftwaffe Q66 helmet. It has a nice, mostly intact decal, and good paint with some surface rust inside and out. The condition of the liner is comensurate with the helmet; worn but supple and overall in good shape. The liner is missing it’s draw string and has a trace of blood staining on the brow. Buckled end of chinstrap is present.

Hello,
I don’t think I’ve shown these items on this forum before but figured some of you might find some interest in these pieces. I haven’t seen many of these items at all, and if anyone has a bronze version I might be interested in obtaining it if one is available. I haven’t been able to find out any specific information regarding them so if anyone has any comments or info please let me know. One of them, the gold version has been denazified but as you can see it was done very very well. I would imagine whoever owned it was proud of it but didn’t want the swastica to be seen so removed it. One is silver and the other is gold. Both of these plaques are cased.
