for sale M40 LUFT SD Q66–untouched

by: gibsonbluemoon

Description: For sale is an M40 Q66. This appears to have been unissued. The liner is in fantastic shape. The liner size is 58. I can’t find a date stamp on the liner band. It appears that another helmet was stacked on top of it for a period of time. The lot number is 11408. Liner pins are tight. It has some minor surface rust. This M40 is untouched and has not been cleaned. It was picked up at a barn sale in Vermont.

$515 excluding shipping. Buyer pays 4% paypal fee.

Ehrenkreuz der Deutsche Mutter, L/11 miniatures

I finally receive the miniature L/11 bronze grade of cross to complete my set. I have had the other two grades for some time now and have been looking for a bronze in similar condition.:)

Luftwaffe company seal

My grandfather was a first lieutnant in the Luftwaffe and kept the company seal after the war.
My mom wants me to get rid of it but I have no idea where to start. Looks like these items are not very common and I could not find anything about it on the internet.
If anyone could point me into the right direction where a buyer might be found or if it’s worth selling at all, I’d be very grateful.

The seal is made from steel, below is the stamp it produces. US coin added for scale.

Show Finds

Just wanted to share a few items that I picked up today at a local show. Scored them at a pretty fair price, I think. I’ll have to post better pics of the Japanese lid in the proper section when I get the chance.
