Now That I’ve got your attention I thought you might like to see this " Recent Barn find " that i was offered via email, the story goes that it was found "upside down" hence preserving the spectacular camo paint, obviously the Rat’s not only ate every scrap of liner but the bands and rivets too! Geez there open to offers and i still can’t afford it…… Oh well maybe next time ……. Yeah Right….

Help translate TR document?

hello, I have a document in my collection that I need some help translating. I tried the best as I could but got little info on google translate. Apparently the man in the document was picked up by the fuzz (police..not the short hairs:rolleyes:) and there was no charge, or punishment. I cant read the rest,though.any help would be grand. I put all the words from the paper here..even the writing on the round stamp with national eagle:

need help identifying helmet please

Hello, i recently purchased this helmet and was told it was WWII but not sure. This is the 1st helmet i have owned. the bale swivels and i saw a stamp on the inside helmet with the #’s 1 then a space 5664. ANy help is greatly appreciated! thanks ALL in advanced!

Need help! Helmet Identification

I purchased a helmet at an antique place. The guy said it was from WW2. I don’t believe it is. I bought it because it was interesting. But I would appreciate help identifying it. I can’t find any markings on the helmet or the liner. It looks Russian to me, but I could be way off. Thanks for your help.
