I came across this pouch I’d never seen before. The belt attachments are angled instead of parallel. Was it just a try at making things easier to get at? I’ve been looking for one with the frog attached to the side and plan on buying it, but I was just curious about the attachment, and the added ring Thank you

Belgian enlisted Ulan Tschapska

just wanted to show the Belgian (pre war!)version of the 3th regiment lancers tschapska.The top color changes for the different regiments, I think there were 5 regiments.
It isn’t mine!
On my list, but no priority!
