I’m down-sizing my collection so reluctantly I’m letting my complete Infantry NCO waffenrock uniform go.

Everything is original and untouched.

The tunic is in fantastic condition with no damage at all. The trousers have one small hole at the bottom of one leg which is shown on the photo. The cap (size 57) has a few moth nips on it and is sweat stained inside but nothing too bad!

I’m including everything on the tunic in the sale; lanyard, medal bar, IAB, parade belt and buckle!

I would be open to trade all of this for a real good condition German cross in gold.

We can discuss the shipping method and cost and come to an agreement I’m sure.

Ministry of information photographs

A friend of mine loaned me these ministry of information photographs I have seen some of them before in books or magazines, I assume they were used for propaganda but who would be given the actual photograph as I assume news papers magazines and so on were given the negatives? They were originally owned by a Royal Marine WW11 veteran who sadly died recently,one of the navel pictures has HMS Anson written in pensile on the back as well as the ministry of information stamp so I am assuming that it was the ship he served on and looking on Wikipedia there was one of the photographs.
