Hi all,

This probably wont go down to well with members but I have some genuine period decals including Heer and KM. As I have an Heer M40 where the original decal has been removed I am considering ( shock, horror ) to place a genuine one on this helmet. My rationale is the decals were made to be applied, better to have one on than for it to sit unused in a drawer. What do members think of this?. Could I get some advice on the correct method of applying it please?.

Anyone have any info or opinions on this flag? I’ve done some quick Google-ing and seen some articles about the "Old Guard" and this design being an early 1930’s, early NSDAP party flag, but I can not confirm if this is a good one. Can anyone help me with this? It’s one side screen printed, cotton material (?) with several markings which you can see in the pics. Maybe one of you has dealt with one like this, I surely have not. Thanks in advance.

My father in law just informed me he has a M16 shell, that he unfortunately gave to a friend before he knew of my interest in such things….he had it for years, originsl paint the lot…..he has since gone back to his friend to get it back and give it to me…..

Unfortunately his friend has removed the liner and striiped the paint, repainted it gloss black and binned the liner!!!!!!!!
