Description: This lot contains 27 letters, documents and kennkarte - all relating to family Schwabe from Hamburg.

Majority of letters are from Leutenant Heinz Schwabe from 255 inf.div. on the eastern front - feldpost 13065 and 17689 to his parents.

From the letters it appears that the son goes mia in 1943 near Novaja Glinka and his father continues writing to his superiors about his fate until (reply letters are from OKW and Feldpost 13065 and 17689).

Included are some pre-war documents related to the father and mother’s Kennkarte.

Please help me identify the tracers and confirm Turkish ammo. Turkish 1942, from what I can tell, and reloads?. And the other just tracers? I was under the impression that tracers were loaded between every 5 rounds? I’m not sure what these are, really.

I assume many collect these items so I think I have a good chance in getting a response. The pictures aren’t in sequence, sorry.

Hi guys , here i am letting go of this super luftwaffe document grouping too Franz Venus which consists of:

Afrika Cufftitle

EK2 which was awarded 8th April 1945 , about 1 month before the end of the war

Wound Badge in Black

2 photo’s of him , one with his wife/girlfriend

What makes this group special apart from him being awarded the rarer/nicer type Afrika cufftitle document is that he was attached too the I.Battalion /155 Flak Regiment & they were involved with the launching of the V1 rockets , see link

I am going to ask for close ups of the chin strap buckle but from the picture looks good IMO.
